Absolutely nothing. Work at Infoboard was the biggest mistake of my professional life.

The rampant unprofessionalism of the top management, which is always cranky and never bothered about the employees; Unethical HR management with its "Hire & fire" and wage underpayment practices.

Be more ethical with your employees;
Stop paying miserable salaries;
Go to a VHS and learn how to properly manage.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Atmosphere of fear, frustation and intimidation, everyone is leaving the company.
Kommunikation
Useless and pointless meetings (or should I say monologues?) happen over and over and over and over and over...
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The company is 90% made of interns. It means you never have the time to develop relations and to know each other, since they never stay for too long.
Work-Life-Balance
Absolutely horrible work/life balance. Management style makes working hours always long and never ending. Terrible commute since the company is located worlds away from the city.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management style is extremely dysfunctional, unreliable and grotesque. The managers simply don't know what they are doing. Conflicts are dealt with by insensitive, shortsighted and very unethical means. You will most likely be fired within three months of working for little or no reason.
Interessante Aufgaben
Nothing interesting here. You will often need to do tasks that have absolutely nothing to do with your position - especially for interns.
Gleichberechtigung
Gender and religion prejudice at its finest. There's absolutely no respect for women at Infoboard.

There is no one over 45, since the company only hires interns as cheap workforce.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Slow computers, noisy chairs and a very small kitchen with only one small table.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Simply nothing.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The wages are miserable. No pay rise - even if your contract says so. Salary negotiations are always postponed until the employee quits. On many occasions correct commission are not paid properly. If you like to work for free this your place.

No good image at all. Everyone makes jokes all the time about the bizarre management (which is so ridiculous that ends up being funny after some time).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is absolutely no real prospect of promotion within this company. If you ask for a certification/experience/recommendation letter, good luck with that. At Infoboard you will either get a bad review that will point all kinds of negative aspects about your job - or you simply won't get any letter at all.
