- motivate employees for growth
- considerate towards employees - time flexibility, home office, leaves etc.
- Reputation and projects (clients) worldwide
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- importance is given to certification not knowledge
- HR is never available to answer queries of employees even in urgent cases
- technical support for devices issues etc is not good
- Job level discrimination is seen while providing basic services like company mobile phones, SIMs, etc
- No access to USB ports for company laptops and not possible to connect with other service providers - which is important in the consulting world (accesses are blocked)
