- Insiders Technologies have a bit weird application process, but their weirdness came to my rescue. Application was quickly processed, i mean they quickly replied and set up an interview. The HR who talked to me definitely didn't understand my profile and also was confused about which position she was interviewing. I applied for machine learning engineer, but she interviewed me for software engineer position. Then she tried to test my german knowledge, by speaking in german, which herself was a beginner. After few sentences she gave up and switched to english. Some questions are so weird that, any one would ask why our company, but she asked why don't I look for jobs in Fraunhofer and DFKI. The conversation went as if they were not interested in my profile, but they called me for next round.
- Later on i was called for their TALENTS DAY. They claim it as team skills event, where they can find if the applicant is suitable for their company by performing a set of group tasks. I would say it is a good opportunity not only for Insiders(I mean the company! weird name though) but also applicants if that company is your dream workplace. The event was about 2 hours. After some time into the event, i felt this company was not for me. I saw little diversity and an ok environment. After speaking to their HRs(i mean i talked to at-least 4 HRs in the process, too many of them), it was evident that there is only one good performing product. So asking a high remuneration in this company is not a good idea. While they were showing their workplace, i had a quick look at their SCRUM boards, for the kind tasks they are working on. It didn't convince me much. But their website tempted that there is some exciting stuff, which in the first place interested me in this company. Overall its a ok company for freshers, but as a professional i would stay away. I am particularly happy after they said i am not suitable for their company.
