Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere in the company is very good and very international. You will feel at ease almost immediately which makes it also easier to take initiatives.
A few events are even organised by the company : in Winter they have a Christmas Party (with a surprise activity every year) and in Summer they participate in the company jogging tournament in Leipzig.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Communication with colleagues is very good and easy, they give you a lot of feedback on your work which is very helpful to improve. They are also always open to questions and ready to help you, not only with your work but also with the german administration if you are a foreigner. They will also listen to your suggestions and feedbacks.
Work-Life-Balance
The working hours are very flexible.

Very good working conditions: the company really cares about the well being of their employees. For example, all the chairs are adjustable and ergonomic, each desk is equipped with two screens, mousepads are ergonomic, each office contains a maximum of four employees, there's free tea and coffee (sometimes even cake or fruits)...etc.
