There are minimal team building activities in/outside of work. Management and owners rarely show and are rarely readily available. Minimal training.
Management is scarce and not readily available. No training from management. They rely on other employees to train on all levels.
Everyone does their own thing and is highly scrutinized for mistakes.
You are required to work independently.
Consistently hearing about company news secondhand or through gossip. Management rarely informs employees about anything going on within company. Does not build any true value.
Mostly women in design roles, HR, admin., and purchasing. Mostly men in estimator positions, management, field supervision, labor, warehouse, and sales.

They don't pay the best or standard for sales people. Good place to get started in the industry but there are better places for a career.
Technology is there, clean facilities, updated offices.
Hrs are typical monday thru friday 7am-4pm. They are pretty good about approving time off given fair warning.
The one positive I have is that they do quality installations and have great field management and installation oversight.
