They are only interested in people that are willing to throw people under the bus and they seem to think that this is ok.
This does not exist in my department.

As an employee, we are treated as information that is pertinent to our jobs is on a need to know basis but when asked about something that you were never told about, you are expected to know and will be disciplined because management did not say anything to you about it in the first place.
People who knows absolutely about certain jobs are given the position and management expect you to do their jobs and yours.

They absolutely create hostile work environment towards older workers and try to force them to retire or leave.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
They don't tell you about all of the opportunities to advance your career. They will tell you only bits and pieces, if you really want to advance in your career you have to play detective.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
You are expected to go over and above the scope of your job for little pay but people that don't know or do anything gets the raises and bonuses.
Hostile, and only certain people get preferential treatment.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
There is a lot that they could do for the environment but they still use compressed air to clean computers when there are other alternatives
They expect you to balance your life around work and not the other way around.
They lie on surveys and pretend that this is a great place to work but take it from me if you see a position advertised here, RUN!!!
