- I would make it so that maternity and paternity leave is paid 100%. And, I would make it so that there are consequences for not completing your work.
My company values my input as far as how to make the place better for our customers and employees. Also, they offer a flexible schedule that is great for working moms.
I wish we did more to assist individuals who aren't working up to their potential. Currently, management ignores what is going on.
