Very difficult to change and adopt to best practice working. Most of them are more to keen to optimise themselves rather optimising from end to end. Pretty emotional and judgmental, minimum team work.
Kommunikation
Communication is medium as only good topics gets communicated. For leadership more important to care about their egos.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Okay as long your within your area but even within sales their not working as team silos despite hat their doing omnichannel. Other areas are more opportunistic.
Work-Life-Balance
In some areas like Finance completely overworked others have a more balanced workload or just procrastinating topics. To be fair often the work is useless as management is changing their mind fast or are not really clear what they want.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had a pretty good line manager but that totally depends on the department. As said most of them are more interested in their egos and playing games.
Interessante Aufgaben
Most of the tasks are basic structures necessities and not implemented since years. No digitalisation, no automated workflows, end to end processes are a foreign word, no compliance and visible that their is no compliance.

They only talking about but nothing that is measurable. Best Facebook post was about ocean relieve during pandemic but shipping their products from China... that is double moral as it best

Unfortunately unbalanced in some areas. I had no complains but know that within departments as like finance their is a big unbalance salary structure and unfortunately
