I received a very standardised rejection e-mail that left me with a lot of unanswered questions. I tried to follow up per e-mail but did not get a reply. I would have liked to call them up but in the signature in the candidate system there is no phone number ( or even last name or the title/department of the person who contacts you. This you have to look up yourself! )

I would recommend to give personal feedback to candidates who have been in for an interview & highly expected it from Jimdo since it is stated on their career page that you will be a good fit in the company when: "You appreciate honesty and openness, and can give and take feedback with kindness and respect".
