COVID had an impact on the general atmosphere which was better before, but there is improvement on this front again

Great atmosphere in the teams, no blame culture and good camaraderie when it comes to any challenges or success (at least for the teams I was involved with)
Work-Life-Balance
There is the freedom to set your workday as you need to, and no "hard" mandatory meetings where you absolutely need to be there, so it's quite flexible.. There are some tough deadlines sometimes, however you just need to stand up and communicate when these aren't reasonable, and the deadlines can be pushed back in reasonable context..
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In some cases the managers need to spend time in reporting to upper management (or shareholders) that takes a lot of valuable time away from investing in their employees.. In general a bit less top down report and control style, with more trust that everyone is doing their job with the best interest of the company would do good in reducing reporting overhead and help everyone do a better job
Interessante Aufgaben
It's not a world changing project, but as far as e-commerce companies go the IT setup is quite cutting edge with a lot of opportunities to learn and work with cool technologies.
Gleichberechtigung
In the engineering department in general there are fewer women, but I haven't seen any negative impact for their career opportunities stemming from the fact that they were women..

It's quite a young team, but I haven't seen any negative treatment of any of the older colleagues who were/are on the teams

Great new office, with modern setup, working stations and meeting rooms.. Monitors are a bit old and could be improved..

There are initiatives in the direction and employees can also suggest projects that they would like to implement.. In general it's heading in the right direction, but could still be improved
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
More or less market average salaries, sometimes even potentially a bit under this average.. There are however a bunch of great extras on offer: private pension insurance with a company add-on (BaV), bicycle leasing scheme ("job-rad"), free gym membership (body + soul - best gym in Munich) etc..
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are definitely great opportunities for promotion and learning.. It does require quite a bit of self-initiative, which is an area where the company can improve (as in having a more structured process of career progression)
