Arbeitsatmosphäre

All interactions were very friendly and relaxed. The start-up culture is very well kept.

Kommunikation

Because of Corona, communication is one of the biggest hurdles in the current change. The missing short communication lines (in the office) must be replaced by frequent communication. The infrastructure is given. Potential for improvement.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

So far I could not experience any negative impressions.

Work-Life-Balance

There are peaceful and stressful times. Even if it is stressful, I do enjoy working. That is the essential point. Due to the recent switch to 100% remote, as an employee you have even more impact on the W-L-Balance.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

So far only good experiences. Everyone is here to learn, including the senior staff.

Interessante Aufgaben

Due to the current acquisition by the Schwarz Group, there are opportunities to realize large-scale projects.
