1. Gain a better understanding of your employees. Judge the quality and efficiency of your employees' daily work properly. Don't listen to gossip.
2. Since the spirit of hands-on and start-up is promoted, please do it. Don't make the decision-making process long and difficult.
3. Since it is considered remote first, provide employees sufficient staff for working from home.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The leadership is so incompetent and unprofessional that he/she doesn't know what are the team members doing. Absolutely no trust. Instead of observing the working behavior of the employees, he/she prefers to listen to gossip.
Kommunikation
No communication at all. All "communication" will be facilitated via Slack. It's inefficient spending so much time typing words. People have to pay so much attention to all information, no matter if it is relevant or irrelevant to them. Missing some important information is your own fault.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Not exist. People prefer to talking behind rather than direct communication. Questions are not welcomed.

Leadership doesn't understand their employees and incapable of judging the work quality of their employees. Why? Because he/she cannot understand the language his/her employees using daily.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
In my team, people are conservative. A single tiny change will make them uncomfortable. Instead of telling the newbies how to act properly or what kind of working style would be preferred, bullying newbies with a different working style than theirs is their daily entertainment.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company asserts that they are remote first. However, they are definitely not ready for that. Except for a laptop and a company cellphone, there is nothing else to support your work from home. A screen needed? Take them by yourself from Cologne!
