its a mix. you can be lucky and work with amazing people.
however, some good qualified people left / were forced to leave
differences in people mangers cause tension among the group
inexplicably a few people are pushed and are free to act like they want while the rest is treated rather bad


seen worse in terms of top management communication. this is average
people manager: there is a wide range how to communicate
very international among the group, people from all over the europe. this said, you have to consider a lot of cultures are different in terms of communication and professionalism !


suffered over the years and is steadily declining


one of the best i ve seen
a lot to do, however if you need your time off it is possible


good people managers leaving over time. each new boss will upset you more than the last one
