Coworkers are top, great team spirit, in part because everyone is so unhappy and demotivated and looking for exit options
Kommunikation
Absolute zero, there is a lack of strategy coming from the top. Each team does what they or rather their leads, feel like doing. They have recently agreed to focus on one growth area but thats it, its has not been defined, allocated or cascaded down, so no one knows what they should be doing. Empty words with no meaning.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned above, line employees are great as they are all together in this *us against them* mess

As there is no strategy or any vision, sometimes good sometimes awful

Minus 5 stars. Completely terrible top leadership including all cxo's. Invisible mid management. All decisions are done by cxo's and department heads, nothing below.
Interessante Aufgaben
Incredibly boring, they sell you the vision that you can get yourself involved in a number of side projects, however most of those have been cancelled after the 10% or add zero value to your own development. The core job one could do with a high school diploma and basic ms office knowledge.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is hardly anyone above 40 here. A lot of people with 5 years + at Klarna has been laid off as part of the 10%

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Far below market average. No inflationary adjustment's. RSU program - you get a % of your salary allocated to the rsu's but noone tells you that its a 4 year vest and you cant sell them to anyone except Klarna or once the company goes public (which wont happen in the next 3-5 years), and Klarna has not been buying those back for at least 2 years, so you are stuck with worthless paper.

For now ok, as it helps applying for other opportunities but will deteriorate in the coming months

Total zero career progression opportunities if you dont want to move to Sweden, you can work for 2,3,4,5 years and see zero growth opportunities as the company is set up in regional hubs. Its easier and faster to switch firms and get a much better and higher paying role elsewhere
