Great an open minded atmosphere. They managed and still manage the corona situation very seriously, wearing a mask, maximum capacity of meeting rooms, testing before entering and home office of course. I really felt like the company was one step ahead and actively caring for the employees.

Contribute more to the "Betriebliche Altersvorsorge". (pension plan) and offer the opportunity to buy shares/stock at a discount.

Remote work ist not just a buzzword but actively practiced. At least what I experienced and saw in the company, everyone was allowed to to choose their favorite working-model (home office / office).
