To value employees also means to give a bit at times - especially when they are vulnarable. Someone should represent the interest of the employee.

Communicaton was difficult whilst I was in work, but as soon as you are on maternity - at your most vulnerable- the company showed no support, no communication - just ignorance

Interessante Aufgaben
Systems and procedures in my area unfortunatly got stuck in the 90's. To change attitudes and "the way its been done" a lot more needs to be invested. That has an impact on how successful the more exciting projects can be carried out.
