Depending on the department you are working in the atmosphere can be better or worse but in general it feels average. You are well equipped but expenses are very limited, everyone has to fly coach, travel expenses will be cut and paid late, the offices are now modernized but compared to other companies still very gray and poorly equipped. Also you feel over and over that it's a japanese company where japanese will be treated better, example: They get company cars quicker and have more options to choose from in regards of color and type.
I miss the vision and strategy of our leaders. We are working day by day without actually knowing what the goal of our work is. No one knows how to survive the digital transformation of industries
Mostly everyone is caring about himself most.
The area of work is very limited.
Also depending on the department you are working in, but generally it's a japanese company with limited open communication (although it's promoted as one of the core values). Decisions take very long to take and people don't get involved in making them.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Elderly colleagues will be respected
Karriere / Weiterbildung
very limited career chances
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Salary is good but not worth it the pressure and workload
The working hours are way too much and the pressure on every employee as well. Since I'm working here I've seen several people dying on a heart stroke which feels unnaturaley high. You receive tons of mails which you have to responded within hours. It's difficult to keep track of everything.
Customers just see you as the printer guy
- Create a clear strategy to follow and involve your employees in developing that.
