You can learn a lot and you can take responsibility for a lot of things as a developer. Mgmt is mostly open to integrating cutting edge technology into product development.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Its a hardware startup developing very complex products which can very hard from time to time/longer hours, especially compared to bigger ig metall companies in the region.

Quite cramped right now but new office starting 2016 will be awesome.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good hires. Intelligent colleagues. Mostly young (23-30).
Work-Life-Balance
You can talk with the mgmt about holidays/days off/sick/longer weekends from time to time but sometimtes weekends are also work days and thats just it then. If it burns, you have to be there. Pretty much no matter what. Still relatively okay though. Will improve as the company grows.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Young mgmt team. They make up through proactiveness what they lack in experience.
Interessante Aufgaben
As an engineer freedom to steer the company's technology in novel innovative directions.
Gleichberechtigung
Beside typical gender-oriented jokes here and there, there is no real difference.

Hard to say in such an early startup, but older hires happen as well if not so often.
Arbeitsbedingungen
As usual for a startup, the lab is not 100% equipped but still relatively well equipped. Will improve soon.

Not the companys focus.

Salary is slightly less than ig metall but of course the employee shares have potentially huge value.
certain promises for food e.g. were not kept or have to be fought for.

Vision of the company is a bit too ambitious if not arrogant but completely within the typical startup craziness. After all konux offers engineers a lot of room for learning and taking responsibility.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Whenever new positions open within, these are filled by best fit. Existing employees do not get hands on first at all although it rarely does happen.
