Inspiring and motivating environment where each employee gets high level of trust and responsibility in achieving the common goal.

Kommunikation

In most cases, management communicates very honestly and effectively. We have weekly all-hands meeting, bi-weekly "sprint review" and regular team meetings where informations are shared.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The cooperation between teams in the company has improved a lot in the last 2 years and even in the challenging remote COVID-period works really great.

Work-Life-Balance

The amount of work, expectations and feeling of personal responsibility are high, so it is not always possible to fit all that into 8 hours. But there is a lot of flexibility in organising one's work and high level of satisfaction when the work is done.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Almost all middle-managers were hired "from outside" in the last 2 years to get the required skills and experience into the team and they were selected well, behave professionally and correctly.

Interessante Aufgaben

The vision of the company is really inspiring and motivates employees to be innovative and take initiative. The role of each employee is evolving as the product and company are evolving. Everybody has chance to contribute where he/she is good at.

Gleichberechtigung

There are many women in the team but almost all in the "traditional female" roles. Technical positions are dominated by man.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There are almost no older colleagues left, almost everybody is under 40.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The offices are ok, with nice meeting rooms and great coffee machines. Some teams are in an open space with almost no windows and daylight, but people can work from home and during the COVID pandemics we almost solely work remotely.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Supporting sustainability is part of the company mission.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salaries are good for a start up and each employee additionally gets stock options.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The actual content of the work is evolving but mostly within the same position. There is not a clear career path. Promotions mostly happen on the management level.
