Awesome Company to work for/with!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work atmosphere is modern and everyone get along. We all knew our places, what to do and when. If anybody needed help we would just ask for it and the work was done. For me was a very open and free thinking atmosphere which I like very much!
Kommunikation
The company had a saying that goes: "Sagen was ist!" which made for me things very simpler. When something important happened it was communicated to all and that goes for good and bad news.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
oh yes, and that is what makes a good team too. :)
Work-Life-Balance
Was just awesome, when everyone knows what to do then the balance is in place. The company was always thinking about the worker and if it was everything ok with them. We could arrange our time very freely as long the work and other co-workers where not "damaged".
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Conflict between people is always difficult inside a company but here, an initiativ was always taken from the chef to resolve it. Also time and openness were given every time.
Interessante Aufgaben
Is like in every company, sometimes comes something good and sometimes not. But in overall the work was nice. ( I am a picky person, :) )

oh yes, here women and men have all the same rights and equal respected
Arbeitsbedingungen
Of course there is always room to improve because this is something that is always changing and improving overtime but the company were always aware of this and heard everyone opinions about it to take the necessary steps to develop the place for all.
