Very direct communication and feedback culture. The communication across the teams and team <-> management is frequent, honest, direct, appreciated and professional. Come togethers, celebrations and interaction on topic and off topic is nicely arranged.

At LeanIX we have a 2-weeks cycle for review meetings which is great to be always up-to-date on what all the teams have worked on and what we as a company are going to improve during the next phase. Successes with new customers are highly celebrated and feedback about our own work, be it internal or external feedback is shared in an open fashion.

Indeed there probably is a high chance to develop and to move on in ones career. However this is dependent on new people hiring at LeanIX to grow and strengthen the existing organizational structure. However, while lacking of good candidates to join LeanIX, moving the own career is limited at the moment.
