Very transparent environment overall. I have never felt unclear about what I need to accomplish to be successful in my role. Efforts are even made to communicate especially well with English speaking colleagues in the Bonn office and in maintaining closeness with the Boston, US office.

Plenty of opportunity for office-wide bonding (team events, regular cross-department meetings), and everyone is talkative between departments.
A "5" for me would mean more structured company-wide effort towards understanding between sales/opps and development teams .

I do not take work home with me unless I choose to.

Positively focused on productivity and challenging workers to be creative and work on the machine as a whole, rather than just doing the same assembly line tasks every day.

Thinking outside of the box to achieve goals is highly encouraged. I do not think anyone in the company considers themselves as the 100% Expert Master. There is constant opportunity to continue learning about the field and how different tasks/new knowledge can help you in your work.
