Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere of the workplace is rather deceiving. It appears teams get along when there is a lot of bitching and gossiping behind each other’s back.
Kommunikation
Absolutely dreadful communication between teams and even in teams. When there are new processes, it is not spread to the entire team and there is a lot of miscommunication and problems. There are many nationalities, and whilst this can be a good thing, it also causes issues with precise and informative communication. Communication with trainers is performed terribly by some departments.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Luckily I was able to get along with most teams but it’s not the same for everyone.
You are mostly communicating via email or Skype although you are literally down the hall from them. Some people don’t like seeing you face to face.
There have been team activities and company activities but most people stay within their teams and don’t mingle.
Also, what you MUST know before applying here - you will be terribly trained. There are so many people who come and go in the departments (Especially Customer Support). As there are so many new employees, it makes getting your job done a nightmare because it’s not being handled properly on the other ends. The new people who come are trained incompetently by the people who have been working there for a long time. The people who are working there for a long time have no clue what they are doing half the time.
Work-Life-Balance
My department has a generally good work life balance. If you have to be somewhere - you can go. You can make up your hours another time. It can be quite flexible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Everything can be absolutely confusing and a nightmare at times. If you are not a senior, deputy, or head, it feels like your voice does not get heard. You’re pretty much a little puny minuscule in the company with no voice that can make a change.
There IS a lot of conflict between departments. And absolutely nothing gets resolved.
Interessante Aufgaben
The workload is absolutely crazy. You aren’t paid enough to do this amount of work.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There’s almost nobody over the age of 40 who works there. Of course, this is like a child’s company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There is hardly new furniture. The rooms are pretty hideous. It doesn’t exactly feel comfortable - more like an out of date doctors praxis.

Can I vote negative stars? The pay is an absolute joke. Only accept the salary if you are desperate and starving.

I feel like in the eyes of outsiders who look at this company, we are a bunch of monkeys running around micromanaging EVERYTHING.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you’re lucky (or unlucky) enough to be here for a while, you COULD maybe get a tiny tiny payraise or a “promotion”. Just stay to pay your bills but look for a real job on the side.
