We are more than 250 limehomies working from our offices in Munich and Madrid as well as remotely from other European countries, united by the mission “to design a convenient and comfortable experience for our guests with a digital-first approach.”

Produkte, Services, Leistungen

limehome operates fully equipped design apartments with its innovative digital hotel concept. Therefore we rent commercially usable spaces on a long-term basis and develop these together with the real estate partner into high quality and modern design apartments.

At the same time, limehome installs its digital infrastructure for automatic as well as smooth operations and the best possible customer experience, from booking to departure. We rent our apartments to business as well as to leisure travellers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, just like a hotel.

We operate limehomes in more than 200 locations with more than 3000 apartments in 10 European countries - more to come.

We are building the next generation of hospitality platforms by leveraging frameworks, such as Serverless or Nest.js, and tackling complex problems related to building an e-commerce travel website, a new innovative hospitality solution and microservices to deliver the best guest experience. We all work cross-domain and full-stack - we're always learning new things. We pride ourselves on writing high-quality code and scalable solutions that make our lives easier, through Typescript,Angular, Python and Infrastructure as Code.

Working with a modern tech stack to shape an interesting concept with maximum automation.   • In the first interview, we want to get to know you better. There will be some general questions regarding your professional experience and interests at limehome. At this point, we want to see if there is a match between you and the position by asking some job-specific questions. Furthermore, an interview offers you the possibility to get more details about the job as well as the team. Please feel free to ask all questions you might have concerning limehome as an employer and the specific vacancy for which you are interviewing.

    We don’t have a dress code, wear in the interview whatever makes you feel comfortable.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications that reach us via mail and thus ask you to use the "apply" button you can find next to every job advertisement. We look forward to answering your questions!

  • We have a three-step interview process.

    The first step is a call with usually someone from the people team. We want to see if there is a match between you and the position by asking some job-specific questions. This step also provides you with the chance to ask all questions you have.

    The second interview is either a technical interview (an interview focusing on job-related questions and knowledge) or a case call (you prepare a case beforehand and present it). You will have this interview with your potential lead and another colleague.

    The last step is to meet the team, giving you the opportunity to get to know some more team members. We think this step is important as we are #oneteam and also want to give you the chance to get to know your future colleagues better beforehand.

Unverhältnismäßige Reaktionen vom Management, unfaires Vorführen. Generell scheint das Management teilweise planlos, wie man seine Mitarbeiter inspiriert und wertschätzt. Management ist überarbeitet.

Many overhours are required to get the job done however to the outside the company presents itself as a pioneer for a healthy work life balance with a "well-being week" per year...Many people are overworked, overhours are taken for granted and if you raise your voice about it you will not be taken seriously.
