From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both my colleagues and management. The work culture here is built on respect, collaboration, and a true team spirit. It's a place where your ideas are valued, and you're encouraged to be your authentic self.
The overall team spirit is remarkable, you truly can feel the #oneteam spirit.
In general very transparent communication, throughout the entire organization. Bi-weekly all hands meeting with the management team, weekly 1:1 with your direct manager and bi-weekly team meetings. Nothing more than exceptional.
- The team spirit, the great company events, office afterwork drinks and culture.
- The fact that you have numerous opportunities to develop fast and learn a lot.

Awesome, modern office with great atmosphere and even better rooftop terrace.
Good work-life-balance and hard work is definitely seen and gets rewarded.
If you aspire to move forward in your career, your managers support you and they work on a development plan with you. Also, the company offers a budget on external trainings.
limehome constantly makes an effort to also benchmark to the current market situation and has heavily worked on and improved their employee benefits' offer during the past, resulting in a great variety of benefits.
The team spirit and culture is something that truly makes limehome stand out. Not only in the day-to-day business but also during company and team events, which always are a blast! One can definitely feel that this is something that is important to the management, which is great.
Good IT-infrastructure and modern hardware.
Exciting projects and tasks due to the company constantly being growing.
Limehome always strives to build team unity and acceptance through wonderful events and Expert Talks/Knowledge Sharing events. They encourage diversity and a healthy work-life balance. I love going into the office, seeing all the friendly faces of my colleagues, and using the various office spaces to do my best work. Limehome also knows how to throw a fantastic team event that is fun, festive and builds company spirit.
One of the best things about Limehome is the way they encourage each and every employee to “Shoot for the Stars”. This is actively worked out in the different ways they support us in further learning, knowledge share events, and even supporting Internationals with learning German. I feel that I have been given every opportunity by limehome to reach my full potential. I recently also wanted to consider a horizontal shift in job position within the company and Limehome gladly facilitated me testing the waters of new responsibilities.
There is a strong priority to compensate each employee fairly and also provide benefits that employees actually like. Regular surveys check in on the satisfaction levels of all employees to make sure they feel sufficiently valued and supported.
The quality of individuals at Limehome is exceptional. This happy environment creates a place where colleagues can even transition into friends. As someone that moved to the country from abroad this has been an incredible experience.
Limehome creates a fantastic feeling in the office with great areas to work, snacks to enjoy, and different spaces in the office to suit your needs. We have a quiet zone where you can concentrate, a place where you and your dog best friend can hang out, and a stunning terrace that lets you be productive in the sun. If you choose to work from home Limehome supports you in that too, helping you do your best work wherever you are.
Regular Pulse-Check surveys, company-wide update sessions, and team slack channels means that you are always up to date with what is happening in the company. Communication is open and honest, with the intention of creating a safe and transparent work environment
As a woman and someone from outside the country I have felt accepted and advocated for. At Limehome there are a number of colleagues from around the world who are of all races, nationalities, and faith practices meaning all feel welcome. The company is always looking for ways to better support their employees through discussions, seminars, and initiatives such as their Woman Empowerment Team that aims to include more female representation in leadership.
Nothing
Managers in high level positions
Change managers in the administration and operation level from HR perspective
nothing
Hire best managers and more open minded people who respect their colleagues and their culture background not toxic behavior and toxic treatment
Events are enjoyable
Some departments offer lots of interesting opportunities
Salary could be better
No travel allowance
The office is beautiful and most of the people are very nice but it is expected to work over time. Depending on your superior they will probably also have a close look at what you do with your time ;-)
Not as reputable as other startups, but could be worse
Okay, great events from time to time and you are also more or less flexible in your working hours but as said above be prepared to work (unpaid) overtime
The idea behind the evaluation system is well-founded but the actual promotions are very subjective
Salary can not compete with other companies, especially within Munich
At this point it seems like many people only stay because of their teams
There arent many
Depends on your superior, some are fine some are just micro managers, like in every company
Very nice office and really okay equipment-wise
As long as you don't speak up and only agree with what the management says you will be fine
If you have a look at the upper management positions you can probably answer that question yourself
Strongly depends on your department but lots more interesting than in a big corporation
I like the general culture here at limehome. The healthy mix of competitiveness, teamwork, growth and commitment really makes my experience at limehome like it's designed to stay!
Hands down the best team I've ever worked with! Everyone is super open, engaged and responsible.
I can only say the value #oneteam is being taken very serious and lived here to it's fullest!
Very supporting, open and transparent management!
Great office and you pretty much get everything you need to feel good.
The most transparent and inclusive management I've seen so far.
The issue isn't finding or getting interesting tasks, it is choosing the right amount to keep a nice work-life balance. With the growth trajectory, there are way too many interesting tasks.
So verdient kununu Geld.
