Absolutely amazing office in Munich and work hard, play hard culture. Any colleague would be open for a chat and ready to help, just ask!
Kommunikation
My start was postponed due to Covid but was able to join soon after the outbreak. Management tries to be transparent, especially when asked proactively.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The best thing about working there. We are on a mission together at work and often also outside of it, so if you like to be active, you will find peers :)
Work-Life-Balance
Well, its a start-up. But management emphasized to take breaks and enjoy your free time. Home office obviously no problem at all.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
After an internship, a position as working student was being created for me individually. After the first projects were done, we openly dicussed how I could contribute next and when I expressed interest in a different department, I was totally encouraged to go my route and grow in a new field as well. MDs totally down to earth & fun.
Interessante Aufgaben
I doubt that there are places out there were you get more freedom as an intern / working student than here. I got access to extremely insighful client meetings etc, even without asking for it. If you have interest / expertise in a field, you will get room for it if it can contribute to the company.

Seems like it, even though hard to assess as a male.

Amazing office, coffee & drinks, table tennis etc. All equipment I could wish for.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Except signing contracts I dont remember using pen & paper. Green energy for the apartments.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Absolutely fair and even got a raise without asking.

Not toooo well know (yet). But as soon as people look at investors, funding rounds & CVs of some team members, they are usually impressed.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Personal growth is a main column of the companies values. Some people at really young age have grown into tremendous resonsibility here.
