- Some office staff needs to be less controlling. Sick pay should be able to roll over to the next year. Id like 2 personal days back to the staff.
I believe what I do is important. We the staff get along very well. We are reimbursed for classroom supplies. We are backed by our administrator. The administrator is supportive and lets us know what a good job we do. We have prep class to be prepared for the day.
At times I wish the administrator would be more assertive. I wish our sick pay would roll over to the next year.
