Too much turnover with management. No communication from management. Expectations without involvement to improve customer satisfaction or profitability.
Upper management and owners do not communicate or interact with staff.
Staff at customer levels work to make sure customers are taken care of. However upper management and owners do not work with middle management to assist in growing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Due to lack of support, staff must make decisions with customers. When decisions are made that are not acceptable by customers management does not back up staff.
Expectations of improvements without processes to implement improvements. No coaching, mentoring or interaction by management. Removing staff in attempt to become profitable, without having replacements or support staff in place to assist customers.

Training is developed individually. Expectations are to achieve manufacturers guidelines without management support.

Pay plans are changed without input.
Continuous software conflicts without management support to address concerns. No centralized support.

Paper is recycled. Plastic is not recycled. Toner cartridges are not recycled. Tires are not recycled properly.
As a result of releasing staff without replacements, it places the burden of covering working hours. Thus causing staff to work extended hours without additional compensation.
- Owners and upper management should interact with staff. Employee meetings to discuss current production and future goals.
Great customers, great fellow staff that are still here.
Continuous employee turnover. No interaction by management with staff. No goal setting. Lack of communication.
