People are really nice, company tries to make all the proccesses smooth, there are regular feedback sessions which is really nice!

As mentioned I wish we had a sports program where we would get discounted options for gym or smth like that.

Its really easy going atmosphere. I feel like all the people are nice and approachable.

Communication always works quite well - people are trying their best.

I do work directly with up to 5 coleagues from Luxoft and I feel like we stick together and always help each other out.
Work-Life-Balance
People are really considerate of the regilations combined with working hours. No one works excesivelly. Health goes first.
Interessante Aufgaben
I feel really good working here as a student! The tasks are interesting and I get a lot of freedom.

I wish we would have a gym subscritption option. E.g. urban sports
