Ich sollte ein einjähriges Traineeprogramm absoliveren und wurde nach drei Monaten einfach gekündigt, da es wohl eine Umstrukturierung geben sollte. Das hätte man aber auch schon vorher wissen müssen. Für mich schien es so, als brauchten sie unbedingt jemanden für eine anstehendes Projekt. Als das geschafft war, wollten sie mich loswerden.
Everyone has good working equipment with new laptops there. The supervisors were there to help, explain you everything and to give you the knowledge for a first insight in Online Marketing. There were nice people that also helped you learn. They have tools such as Wordpress, but in most cases we had to work with free trials. The tasks were fine to learn basic things for future working.
We had nice team events, but we couldn´t fully enjoy. They changed it from past times and now it was obligatory to work as unpaid waitresses after work in those events and made it difficult to meet important people from relevant companies that were there. They didn´t see us as employees of the company because some asked if we worked for the alcohol brand. The contract I signed included no salary, no holidays and no payment of transport. At the time I worked there, the team was composed of 5 interns and the founders, so I think having a bigger team would help a lot to meet deadlines. We had to clean the office and throw out the rubbish.

Nice location of the office, good laptops to work with, boss/colleagues are easy to approach, opportunity to join interesting events, the possibility to work on different subjects.
No opportunity to eat/drink at the office; the employees have to bring everything themselves (also coffee/tea), not a lot of permanent employees; mostly interns (not paid), employees have to work almost all the time with trial versions or free tools.
If more effort was put into the team feeling, the atmosphere would be a lot nicer and therefore the employees would be more motivated to work here. It would be nice if there was a possibility to get some snacks/fruit/drinks at work, like in other companies. If paid tools were bought, better work could be done by the employees. It would be nice to have more permanent colleagues who know more about the company and market than interns.
