The atmosphere is characterized by the fear of being played. At first it looks rosy, until you realize that anyone can be next. Once you disappoint the master, that's it.

Kommunikation

Communication is unclear and it feels like it chancen very often

Cohesion is nice up to a point. Unfortunately, there are parallel cultures. On the one hand linguistically and on the other hand in general. Many employees are relocated from other countries. They are presumably easier to control because they are more euphoric.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us.

We regret very much that you have this impression of your work at m.Doc. Open and, above all, respectful interaction is of course very important to us. We work hard to provide our employees with a pleasant working environment in which they feel comfortable and motivated to work on their topics. This includes, among other things, an honest and transparent communication culture, for which our annual employee appraisals are an integral part in order to capture moods and prevent problems. Starting this year, we would like to complement these with regular feedback surveys.

In the area of work-life balance, we would have liked you to actively seek a discussion with us in HR or your supervisor in order to find a solution together and to clearly define mutual expectations and boundaries. We are sure that we can find a common path through dialogue.

Your description of your supervisor's behaviour is not at all what we understand by leadership, so it is difficult for us to understand your impression. In order to better understand this and improve your work situation, we would like to encourage you to speak openly with your supervisor or our HR team.
