There is a lot to improve! The office itself is a pretty unwelcoming environment and people sometimes feel watched.

Unfortunately there is not a lot of communication. Many things happen without an explanation or without any note.

That's for sure the best thing about that company - the coworkers and how nicely they welcome new people into the teams!
Work-Life-Balance
If you have kids and family you might get trouble with scheduling everything pretty quickly due to inflexibel processes and rules. There are very strict rules when it comes to homeoffice or working fexible hours!

They do things employees wont understand without any further explanation or feedback, which snubs people quite a lot.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on the position tasks can get very interesting, basically due to the pretty unique product!

There are a lot of women in leading positions.

All employees are treated the same, no matter which age.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some teams are equipped pretty badly. Laptops are not available for everyone and there is no way you can work standing - only sitting on very unsupporting chairs.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Depending on your team, this is a not place where you should go if you want to make a decent living.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Lot's of people are stuck at their position and I'm not aware of any further education or training opportunities.
