MKS Software is a wonderful place for the creative. Not only can you be creative but you’re better there if you’re a creative type. Most employees are given different sorts of tasks over time which is great for preventing monotony. The owner is always available and approachable. Not only that, it’s become clear over time that the management is unconventionally generous with workers when they land in tough situations. I was never turned down when I requested to take time off work for personal reasons, which happened on multiple occasions.

Co-workers and managers are always there when you need help and they are open to discussion.

Colleagues are super friendly and very close.

Clean workplace, quite and nice neighborhood. Very close to lake shore where you can go have lunch and fresh air during lunch break.
