I have never experienced such a poor HR department before. Despite having so many employees in this department, they are unable to keep up with their tasks. Deadlines are not being met
Bravo! As expected HR never disappoints us. No matter of any reasons, they FAILED to meet the targeted date while everyone was only waiting for it
IT ist Scheiße
Home office
Mobis must provide mask every day for all. What is use of mask if very thin and only 2 times per week. And leave at work only. What for employees who take train. Not allowed to bring mask home.
Young employees try
It is one good part.
No chance.
Employees try but korean management create the division
Very poor. Follow or your career die.
Nothing is clear. Departments have diffrent goals and not work together.
Koreans first. Protect the Germans. Others do not matter.
Only follow.
Free lunch
Some expats think they own the company.
Rules should not only be for local employees but apply to expats too.
As an example, the company policy covers promotio criteria. But a now outgoing high level Expat does not care. He pushes all his minions into higher positions even if NONE of them meet the criteria and even if it is not the time for promotion which is only usually considered end of the year.
Same expat wants to shuffle people around and puts others in a disadvantage and his minions unfairly in the advantage. This not only damages the morale of all other employees but this also endangers future of the company.
Some instructions make you think that they do not really want us to be better.

Die Liste ist lang......
Die Ingenieure brauchen eine klare persönliche Perspektive.
Generell wird die Unternehmensstrategie nicht kommuniziert.
Wo wollen wir in 2 Jahren sein???
Großraumbüros mit 40 Leuten. Überwachungsatmosphäre. Uniform.
Man arbeitet halt zusammen.
Free lunch and flex time
Locally hired Koreans steal credit. They also choose and pick people to work with and people not picked are given stupid jobs.
Expats need to listen to their employees. Local hired Koreans give expats wrong information about every things. So they do not know the realität.
People try to be nice
Not really good
One thing this company can be proud of
They promote koreans most times
Ok
Ja ja
Colleagues are nice
Is ok
Local hire korean boss are rude to employees. More rude than the bigger boss many times.
Ist ok
Secrets everywhere
Some favorites get better treatment
Interesting tasks is not shared. We are like roboters.
No paper cups
Everything else
Stop hiring extra people. Use staff available and check stopping tasks that noone needs
Nobody is happy. Depressing!
Very bad
Little work, too many employees for few tasks. Most workers only pretend to work. 40 hour jail.
No development because no difficult tasks and no innovation
Below average salary, but most task so not require higher education
No paper Coffee cups
Okay but everyone is only trying to survive the day
Little respect
Managers only try to follow the higher managers
Very boring
All important communication is in Korean. No local strategy, so no local communication.
Korea first
No Innovation
Canteen
Flex time
Ou biggest problem as mentioned are the Korean managers amongst all areas.
For me personally: Mobis was a mistake!
They talk about globalization, people etc.
Just follow your core values which are only on paper.
Depending which team it is positive or negative.
I can see that some European teams have a positive spirit but not in our area.
In Korea one of the top companies but in Europe
Huge workload, mainly unproductive reports.
Some people are clocking out before 10h and continue working.
Automotive company but does not have even an EV charger.
They push and promote eco friendly cars but don't enable any charging opportunity.
Collaboration between Europeans is good but the biggest problem is the relationship between Koreans and Europeans.
Especially Korean Managers (high level) have "0" competence in people development.
I´ve seen many times that you need to deliver 150% - once your performance decrease, your career development will be switched quickly to reverse mode.
The biggest issue of this organization is the lack of leadership skills.
I envy co-worker who have a European boss.
Open plan office, my chair is broken since 1year but no progress.
Canteen has very much improved !
IT system also improved, was a huge disaster in the past.
I´m concerned about privacy and GDPR etc.
Recently we have been asked to run a script on our PC which has retrieved personal date (this has been shared later with Korea - I'm not sure if this was in line with any data protection policy).
Still too many emails and reports in Korean.
Salary OK but no social benefits.
Man <> Women are treated equal I did not see any issue so far. Eurpopean <> Korean have a very diverse standing at Mobis.
Could be interesting but wasting time for endless reports and administration.
Your knowledge and skills are not needed. You must follow 100%.
So verdient kununu Geld.
