great international flavour for a 350 employee company when the Global Conference was still alive, before it canceled to save the cost..

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

disconnection from reality, release product that did not work 100% which effect the Made in Germany selling point argument...

get local visits, and get to know the employees, be transparent..

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Employees does not trust the management with the strategy.
No focus on the core IoT products (cameras) and focusing on 3rd party products with out getting more experienced people, which lead to overload the team and burn out the employees..

Kommunikation

No transparency, No feedback (or very delayed) regarding any request from the HQ.
No experienced in the HR department - which is frustrating!

as international employee, it is quite difficult to rate on this.

Work-Life-Balance

team need to be doubled, extra load on individuals, overtime is not paid.

one man show in each department, if any got sick the process is delayed..

new people are leaving before even finishing the probation period.
people got fired at the last day of the probation period.
people with long time with the company are rewarded.

at the HQ; busy, noisy, dusty offices, old furnitures, colourless, no building enhancement since ages.

Salaries did not match the market offerings.
No increments
No feedback regarding any request related to salary adjustment - until you bring an external offer which is too late..
