Managers expect that people are working on Sundays, most Teams have no on call duty but get called on weekends/after EOB

They have no clue what they are doing, don't trust what they are saying, their management practices are from typical 2000s managment books

The code was either totaly over engineered and broken all the time or super old (legacy)

Noisy open plan office with up to 50 people. They tried to force us to come back into the office in August/September during the second Covid wave

The product is not that green as they try to make people believe. Labor expensive tasks in the warehouses are outsourced to cheaper countries.
