Transparency, open communication, office location, a fresh fruit basket, great selection of drinks and enough snacks :) Great team: everyone is smart and extremely ambitious, a lot of knowledge sharing takes place. Even as an intern you get a lot of responsibility from the beginning and can work on exciting tasks.

I found the working atmosphere to be great throughout my internship. You have the feeling of being involved everywhere and quickly get to know colleagues in other teams.

At Moss, I feel as an employee I can give my opinion on any topic. You always listened to and addressed together as a team. Moss is very transparent with any information or updates to relevant company topics :)

Managers are super down to earth and open to criticism and ideas. I really liked working with them.

very interesting and varied tasks. Even as just "an intern", I was allowed to work on many different tasks and also give my input on a wide variety of topics.
Arbeitsbedingungen
New office with everything you need. The only shortcoming is that it gets very warm in the summer but there is ice cream for a little cooling ;)

There are many examples in the company of young talents who have developed into team leads within a short period of time. In general, we have a very good feedback culture that allows a steep career progression.
