It feels like you are working with your friends and not colleagues. Everyone is excited about the work that they do here. After work hours a lot of socializing happens.

People here are always willing to help one another and there is a strong sense of community and belonging.

Since there is a strong community it is wonderful that one can hang out with like minded people at work even after work. If you have a busy social life outside the office it can be hard to manage at times as the workload can be high. Keep in mind it is still a start-up.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Overall pretty cool. Love the kicker and open workspaces. Since we have a second floor there is also enough space for everyone. One minus point as it can be a little messy on occasion.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

This can still be improved upon. The company is still bootstrapped and currently doesn't have the ability to pay high salaries for full time employees. Salaries are average. Motius puts in a lot of efforts to consistenly improve social benefits. What's awesome is that we have both a summer and christmas party and we go on a weekend trip every year.
