Shaking my head at Move24

Having been in the Berlin startup scene for a little while, I thought I'd seen it all but this experience was a new low. I know a lot of startups have young and fairly inexperienced HR staff, but Move24's selection process was horrible.
After applying, I was very quickly asked to interview with someone via phone, which I did the next morning. However, the person did not seem to have looked at my CV since she asked a bunch of questions that didn't make sense at all and were totally unrelated to my profile and the job I originally applied for. Besides, she seemed only interested in getting me to lower my salary expectations to a level that can only be described as below the level of a mediocre college graduate. I suspect that she did not even know what position I applied for.
I took the whole thing in stride and can only laugh about it. They don't seem to know what they are doing in human resources. My heart goes out to those who got fooled. I think this company is not looking for real talent, but rather for young people willing to give up a lot for nothing in return. That's just my impression.
