The interviewers were well prepared for the interview. They had studied the submitted materials in detail. The questions in regard with the job responsibilities were thoroughly chosen and aimed to predict my future performance. The interviewers also provided me with detailed information about the position. On this account, they answered almost all my questions about the company and the position in advance.
What could be improved? I think it would be better to inform applicants about the status of their application in a timely manner or to change to approximate response time.
The interviewers told me that applicants are usually informed about the status of their application within 2-3 business days after the interview. Therefore, I could expect their message by the middle of next week. I can imagine that it could take more as I have not received a response for one and a half week.
