Regular all hands with C-Level help to understand the direction of the company. Transparent communication also during difficult times, helps to understand decision making processes.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very direct and honest communication throughout the companies. Political games are limited.
Work-Life-Balance
Trust based working hours and international time differences often lead to longer working days. However, taking a break during the day and catching up in the evening instead is always possible and really provides flexibility. In the end, work-life-balance is heavily dependent on one's discipline to stop working.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very direct and honest leadership, with support to develop. Have not worked in a company so far, where the Leadership team had as many thoughts. External trainings fall a bit short from my perspective, however, there is enough flexibility to self-study or have peer-to-peer trainings.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are very interesting and change quite often. Moreover, given the quick development of the company, tasks and the external environment changes several times a year, influencing tasks.
Gleichberechtigung
Generally everybody is treated equally. There is a clear effort to improve diversity, however, C-Level is completely structured with white men ... not so diverse. The company is trying to improve.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
In average the colleagues are quite young, this might also be due to the immense speed of the company and internal promotions of younger employees.
