You'll get responsibility quite early and learn a lot which makes it so interesting to work at mytheresa for me. Of course you'll have to work hard and prove yourself, but nothing in this world worth having comes easy.

Honestly there are negative points like communication, yet most of them can be improved by each and every employee in my opinion.

The company should elaborate more what kind of benefits really suit to the employees.
Coming with the growth the company should focus more on getting rid of former startup-behaviour like micromanagement.

Interessante Aufgaben
Many exiting tasks and projects. Obviously there are also less interesting things to do like in any other company as well, though luckily they're compensated by exiting ones.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Personally I prefer a young and dynamic working environment over too high salary expectations.
