Run by fear and dictatorship. Management does not want employees with an own opinion.
Kommunikation
Kommunikation is zero. Top management decides and if you are lucky you will be informed one day.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Desaster. Top management thinks they are the only clever people on earth, which they are definitely not. They have not the slightest clue what they are doing. You don´t see them, you don´t hear them, nobody knows what they are doing (IF they are already doing anything in the first place). The only thing they are interested in is their frequent flyer status and when is their next first class flight to Los Angeles.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No chance. Management prefers to hire external and expensive hotshots that contribute zero to the company.
