Think local as your clients are local and also check the leading and field competence of your leading troops (ask their employees they know best)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No motivating behaviour. Miscommunication between India/US and Europe.
Some line managers don't even know on which project their employees are currently working on despite the use of two different time tracking tools! Thus some work under constant pressure while others have no work at all.
Kommunikation
Employees are constantly facing fait accompli with hazardous consequences (e.g., replacement for closed departments not yet known, computer not available for hours because of installation of new software regardless of any client deadlines)

Good as this is the only way to survive.
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime can be worked off. Since workload does not decrease, one keeps turning up with even more overtime.

Total lack of support due to disinterest (?) and/or lack of competence (?).
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is a good mixture of recently hired elder and young employees at all stages.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Considering the lack of adequate tools (free software for pdf or planning is one example among many others) and lack of technological, training and management support, one can only marvel at the miracles the employees create.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Should be related to the workload of each employee and line manager.
