- Amazing working atmosphere and nice mix of young and experienced colleagues
- NavVis is a very motivating environment, not only in terms of working but also in terms of doing things together in our free time
- Working tasks are very different not only in terms of context and technology but also in terms of "how challenging is a projekt/task"
- If you're interested in gaining new skills in new areas like Web development, Surveying, etc., NavVis offers workshops where colleagues teach you the basics of their expertise.

In terms of nationalities working here 5 stars, however we'd like to have more women in tech roles
