On the other hand, you are part of an incredible Network of 1400+ Netlighters, where cross office (knowledge) exchange is one of the crucial success factors. This gives you not only great (financial) security but even more importantly, endless opportunities to learn from the most talented and ambitious professionals in their field.

So far I honestly have not yet experienced any downsides about working at Netlight Zürich. I suppose if you are a curious, openminded person who is all about equality, teamwork and the latest tech - you would love working at Netlight Zürich.
