team members get along really well with each other, and theres a 'helping mentality'. The products and brands in the portfolio are super innovative and special, therefore making the tasks interesting and fun.

sometimes things are not delivered which have been promised, for example 'new flag goes green'. I think some of it is due to COVID and therefore priorities being elsewhere, but some of it is also just because they are overwhelmed and are trying to do too many things at once.

the company is experiencing growing pains, which affects the structure and communication most. It is clear however that the team is working hard on improving this on a day to day basis, and there is an understanding from a large part of the team that these pains need to be dealt with patience, and that in the end its a consequence of something positive: growth.
