They actually track each employee via the company vehicle and take off time that it is idle from the timesheet, which is illegal.
- Hire a real HR person and follow the Employment Law. Very surprised that they have not been sued for all of the discriminatory actions.
This is a family company that is run like a small family company that thinks it is above the law. Very unprofessional and treat their employees terribly.
