Very unprofessional & old leads. They started with nolte&lauth and became leads over the years. Not able to manage teams. Very much into politics.
Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of innovations & changes, but also a lot of trials and errors which link to a huge unnecessary workload with (too) short deadlines.

Very rare people over 45 years.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Pretty nice offices, close to toilets. IT equipment is very updated including mobile phone. However, too many programs to work with which are not connected to each other and causes a lot of extra work.

Some do talk positively because of all the benefits and parties which are great for young professionals and everybody who started right after university and can't compare with other companies.
Seniors are not staying long. Huge attrition rate.
