• Norton workplace culture is not employee supportive. I did not feel that the cno at the time was nurse driven as much as he was numbers driven. I don't feel as if staff rn suggestions were taken seriously.

Good people work here. Norton has exceptional training and friendly environment, management in my department were patient, honest and helpful. I will say that the Watterson Building could use an upgrade. The walls could use brighting to make up for the lack of lighting.

• I am very thankful for this company and their diversity. They do value their employees. I believe their compensation could be better for workers other than RN/DR but it is a wonderful place to work.

I like working for this company because there is a lot of growth. There are yearly raises and plenty of bonuses. You can get a lot of overtime also.

• I wouldn't change anything. I believe where I work is fair and very generous.

After working as a PCA for 3 years I wanted to use my degree. I went to the elevating front line employee classes and after graduation I was able to apply for a new position that I got and offered great experience and more money.

I don't like the point system because people have several issue the cause people to minis work or have a half day absence.
